Service and maintenance
Our service and maintenance support is designed to suit your individual
needs. We have a range of service options which cover most of the requirements
that you might have, but we will never try to pigeonhole you into a predetermined
package that does not suit your business. Our standard service options
are as follows, but if you would like a bespoke package, then we will
work with you to build a handmade support programme that fits your needs
exactly. Costs will vary depending on the exact package, but the following
table with give you an idea of the percentage increases for specific additional
support levels.
