We started out in life as the maintenance arm of a leading telecoms vendor in the early 1980s and became an independent business communications provider in 1999. This gives us more than 25 years experience, with a core engineering team that still retains some of its original members. Added to this, we have customers with maintenance contracts dating back 22 years. So when we say we have ‘heritage’ we really do mean it. The cornerstone of our business is the ability to recommend tried, tested and trusted solutions that work first time, every time. We do not jump on the bandwagon of ‘bleeding edge’ technologies. Instead we take time to evaluate these and to offer them to our customers only when we are confident that they will do the job that is required – and only then if they are actually what you really need. The company has grown through an ongoing programme of acquisition which has enabled us to develop specialist skills in our sales and engineering departments, whilst our management team has also been strengthened as senior managers and former business owners have joined the company. Today we have over 70 employees, of which 20 are in the engineering department and are able to offer a truly national coverage, provided by our locally-based engineering and sales resource.
